buh-bye glass coffee table!

now that i know how to upload videos from my phone i cant stop.

gramsy and popsy removed the glass coffee table from the back room and got a new ottoman just for maddy. they said they got it because they wanted a new one but i know its because i slightly guilted them into it. who wants their baby (or grandchild) waddling like a drunken weeble around a glass coffee table?

maddy wont drop the bunny. she sleeps with it. she brings it to her highchair for meals. she carries it to rocky and offers it to momma, only to take it back immediately. she passes it back and forth between her hands, carefully placing the long ear in her palm. she'd rather fall or have to crawl instead of losing her grip on that bunny's ear.

here's what happened

it was 7pm. manny came over. watched some tv with maddy. maddy needed her diaper changed. she ended up pants-less. rocky licked manny's head over and over again. manny looked for buried treasures under the rug in maddy's room. michelle came and took manny home.

rocky likes blocks. he likes wooden toys. and therefore, when he's left alone, he'll chew those toys. he knows that when i'm around, chewing those toys is not allowed because i say "no rocky" and he drops them. but alas... he will do it when i'm not here.

and just now when i came home, rocky did not do his usual butt-wag-greeting at the door. instead, he sat with his ears down on the couch, hiding. so i figured he'd done something. i looked in my room and found a block with a chunk missing. the block was hidden in my shoe.

i know its maddy's blog.
however this is important.
while some (i guess you'll remain nameless) think that it's normal or even good clean fun to come home from target with a pumpkin suit for a dog, and then dress that dog as a pumpkin, while i am sitting unknowingly in the other room eating chocolate... i wholeheartedly disagree. i only took this photo because rocky wouldnt walk or even breathe while dressed in this rediculous puffy pumpkin getup.
in fact, he stood so motionless, i thought he was a pumpkin.
